By accessing our website, opting into our lead forms, enrolled coaching programs, or communicating with us, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use our services.
2. Coaching & Mentorship Services
Karen Coffey VIP Coaching provides real estate training, strategy consultation, operational mentorship, and sales development systems designed for licensed real estate professionals.
Our programs include video training modules, performance templates, group coaching, and performance-aligned revenue share partnerships. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or update our coaching curricula, materials, or delivery schedules at any time to ensure quality standards.
3. Earnings & Income Disclaimer
Any income, production figures, or financial results referenced on our website ($10,000 – $20,000 monthly average reported by alumni, $1 Billion+ client results) are illustrative and represent extraordinary results or alumni survey averages. Individual success depends on your skill, dedication, local market conditions, work ethic, and business execution.
Karen Coffey VIP Coaching does not guarantee that you will earn any specific amount of money or achieve particular closing volumes by using our systems. You acknowledge that real estate sales carry inherent business risk and that your success is entirely dependent on your own efforts and market environment.
4. Client Eligibility & Responsibilities
By using our services or enrolling in our mentorship programs, you represent and warrant that:
- You are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding contracts.
- You maintain appropriate professional licensing as required by your state or local real estate licensing board.
- You will provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration or lead submission.
- You will maintain the confidentiality of your Client Portal login credentials and accept responsibility for all activities occurring under your account.
5. Intellectual Property Rights
All content included on our sites—including video breakdown training, scripts, schedules, business frameworks, graphics, logos, audio clips, and software—is the exclusive property of Karen Coffey VIP Coaching and protected by United States and international copyright laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and view the materials for your personal business development. You may NOT reproduce, distribute, resell, license, or create derivative works from our proprietary coaching materials without our express written permission.
6. Payment Terms & Revenue Share Agreements
Specific pricing, initial investments, and performance revenue-share terms are set forth during enrollment and detailed in individual client partnership agreements.
- Billing: You authorize us to charge your designated credit card or payment method for agreed-upon initial investments or recurring program fees.
- Refund Policy: Due to the immediate access granted to digital IP, operational strategy, and proprietary frameworks, all initial enrollment fees are non-refundable unless specifically stated in writing within your signed partnership agreement.
- Default: Failure to remain current on payment or revenue-share splits may result in immediate suspension of access to the Client Portal, live coaching calls, and mentor support.
7. SMS & Communication Consent
By providing your telephone number on our forms, you expressly consent to receive informational and promotional SMS/MMS messages from Karen Coffey VIP Coaching. Message and data rates may apply. 8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Karen Coffey VIP Coaching, its founder, officers, employees, and coaches shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your access to or inability to access our training, reliance on coaching advice, or loss of revenue.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the actual total amount paid by you to the Company during the six (6) months prior to the claim.
9. Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our Client Portal, training calls, or community groups immediately, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms, exhibit disrespectful conduct toward coaches or other members, or engage in fraudulent business activity.
10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United States. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or our coaching services shall be resolved through binding arbitration, rather than in court, except that you may assert claims in small claims court if eligible.
